Embersafe
F-500 SPRINKLER SYSTEMS

SIMPLY DESIGNED TO GIVE YOUR HOME
LONG-LASTING BUSHFIRE SECURITY

Every element of the Embersafe system is an integral part of a greater fire preparation plan that all needs to work together to best prepare your property for the threat of fire. This intelligent yet simple setup is comprised of a unique and effective encapsulator agent, a water reservoir, a smart remote activation pump, and built for purpose sprinkler system. The elements of this system include (but are not limited to) the following. Your Embersafe system can be a simple or sophisticated as you like, with additional addons available depending on your site and budget.

  • FUEL DAMPENING SOLUTION

At the core of the system is the fire suppression solution F500, designed to prevent fuel ignition and reignition. F500 is non-corrosive, non-toxic, non-hazardous, fully biodegradable, and has a shelf life of up to 15 years. It works as a fuel encapsulation agent, and greatly reduces flammability of substances and structures. In a standard system it is diluted with water during system operation to an optimal fire protection concentration. Your F500 tank is placed in a concealed weatherproof box on installation.

  • WATER RESERVOIR

The system requires a reservoir of water for operation, this can be your existing water tank or a new install, the system can also be fitted to utilise a swimming pool as an optional secondary water reservoir. The reservoir is fitted with a filter to ensure debris does not enter the system, as well as a level sensor to ensure correct volumes of water are used for optimal dilution.

  • REMOTE ACTIVATION PUMP

Each system is fitted with a remotely activatable smart diesel pump. The pump is sized to ensure the required operating pressure for each customised delivery system. Your pump is installed in a weatherproof enclosure to ensure durability. It can be activated remotely by SMS and independently powered, limiting the risk of failure due to power or network disruption.

  • SPRINKLER SYSTEM

Sprinkler nozzles are installed around the perimeter of your property and roof fascia and ridgeline. We will determine the optimal number of sprinkler heads for your designated fire safe zone. Our sprinklers are designed to meet embers in the air, resist trajectory change due to wind and deliver high volumes of product quickly.

  • MOBILE CONTROL DEVICE

The system’s primary activation port is through your own mobile device, giving you the ability to defend your property remotely. The system can also be activated manually if required. Your pump is activated by SMS, activation is as simple as sending a text.

  • SUPPORT AND SERVICE

Servicing annually is essential for ensuring that every inch of your designated fire protection zone will be maximally protected by your system. We will schedule and remind you to log a service with our technician in your area before fire season begins. You will also be provided a guide for performing your own regular checks and maintenance. Your first annual maintenance is included with system installation.
